
Caleb Wursten began his career on his father’s framing crew. While still in school, he founded Beach Way Bicycle—a rental business that funded his college education. Alongside construction and entrepreneurship, Caleb served as a U.S. Senate Page and later as a White House intern, gaining early exposure to leadership at the national level.A graduate of Babson College—ranked among the top U.S. universities for entrepreneurship—Caleb went on to work in high-growth tech startups before turning his focus to real estate. During the pandemic, he identified a contrarian opportunity: that stimulus spending and remote work would drive disproportionate demand to secondary markets within reach of Boston. The bet paid off, enabling him to pursue real estate full-time.He founded Wursten & Co. to create value in under-appreciated real estate. The firm controlls every stage of the investment lifecycle—acquisition, improvement, management, and disposition. No detail is too small.Caleb divides his time between the Berkshires and New York City. When not working on new projects, he enjoys reading the Wall Street Journal, prospecting on Zillow, and spending time in the woods and ponds of the Berkshires.
